The video is so easy to follow and the guides afterwards for parents are great. It's also edited perfectly. Caryl is so engaging and is incredibly supportive in the videos, she is easy to follow and the pacing was well done. The split in sections were perfect and the videos were great in length, not too long and still easy to feel engaged throughout . I am excited to share this new knowledge with my younger siblings and put it into practice! Thank you!
